Yes. You can export your logs and generate clinician-friendly reports (for example, a summary of doses, weight trends, and side effects over a date range). Bring the report to appointments or send it securely using your normal patient portal workflow. The goal is simple: fewer guesses, better conversations.

Yes. GLP-1 Assist is mobile-friendly and works on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers. You can log quickly on the go and review trends on a larger screen when you want a deeper look.

Not automatically in all cases yet. Today, you can add data manually and export your GLP-1 Assist data anytime. If you're migrating from another app, the easiest path is usually exporting a CSV from that app and pasting key information into GLP-1 Assist. We're building more direct integrations over time.

GLP-1 Assist is a tracking app built for people using GLP-1 (and similar) medications. You log your injections and the things that matter day to day—weight, appetite, side effects, meals, activity, and notes—so you can see what's actually changing over time. When you need it, you can generate clear, shareable summaries to bring to your clinician.

No. You can use GLP-1 Assist whether you're already prescribed a GLP-1 medication or you're preparing to start. The app doesn't provide medical advice or prescriptions—it helps you keep accurate records so you and your healthcare team can make better decisions.

GLP-1 Assist works with any GLP-1 (or similar) regimen because you track the medication name, dose, timing, and injection site yourself. That includes common options like semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus others your clinician may prescribe. If your medication isn't listed, you can still track it by name.

You'll get value right away because your information is finally in one place. Real trend-spotting usually takes a few weeks of consistent logging—long enough to see patterns in appetite, side effects, weight, and habits. GLP-1 Assist can help you stay consistent, but it can't guarantee outcomes; your results depend on your plan and your body.

No. GLP-1 Assist is a tool for tracking and organization—it does not replace medical care. If anything, it's meant to make your visits more productive by giving you and your clinician a clear record of doses, symptoms, and progress.

Seek medical care right away. Contact your prescriber, urgent care, or emergency services depending on severity. GLP-1 Assist can help you document what happened (timing, dose, symptoms), but it should never delay you from getting real medical attention.

Glp1Assist is $15/month for the Essentials plan (or $150/year if you pay annually).

Essentials gives you the full core experience: injection tracking (medication, dose, date/time, injection site), reminders, weight tracking, and symptom/side-effect logging, plus clean views so you can actually see trends over time and stay consistent without overthinking it.

Yes. Cancel whenever you want. You’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and you can restart later if you choose

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted, and we're intentional about collecting only what we need to run the product. Your data is yours—sharing happens only when you choose to export or share it.

No. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal health data. If we ever use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the product, it will not include information that identifies you.

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We rely on reputable cloud infrastructure with regular security maintenance. If we change our hosting region in the future, we'll communicate it clearly.

Yes. By default, only you can see your data. You choose what to share by exporting reports or data files, and you can stop sharing at any time by simply not exporting again. GLP-1 Assist does not automatically send your information to anyone.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to request a reset email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check spam/junk folders. Still stuck? Contact support and we'll help you regain access.

You can delete your account from Account Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from the app (subject to any legal or security retention requirements). If you're on a paid plan, cancel first to avoid future charges.

Yes. You can export your data at any time (CSV and report formats, depending on your plan). We built this intentionally: you own your information and you should be able to take it with you.

GLP-1 Assist works on modern versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. If something looks off, the fix is usually updating your browser or disabling an aggressive content-blocker for the site.
