GLP-1 Assist started because I could not find a simple place to log doses, meals, side effect patterns, and daily wins in a way that helped me understand patterns over time without bouncing between apps and spreadsheets.

I'm Paul Brown, a personal trainer and a GLP-1 user. When I started, I was at my heaviest and unsure what progress would even look like week to week. GLP-1 Assist is the system I built for myself while working through that journey, and one I continue to use now. It's designed to help you stay consistent through ups and downs, without shame, confusion, or information overload.

I built GLP-1 Assist after starting my own GLP-1 journey and seeing—personally and as a coach—that consistency beats intensity, but it gets harder when your routine is changing.
